Friday Dinner Speaker: "It's What's Inside That Counts"

Chelsey McGee is a natural leader driven to excel in her career and community. She is currently the Owner and CEO of web development agency CGInteracitve, LLC, with noted clients including cable networks TNT, TBS, TCM, the New PeachtreeTV, and many small businesses and non-profit organizations.

While at Georgia Tech studying to gain a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chelsey applied her knowledge through her two-year internship with Mars, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio. She also actively participated in many campus activities including the Georgia Tech Track & Field Team, Student Government Association, African American Student Union, National Society of Black Engineers, Community Advisor for Woodruff Residence Hall, and part-time employee for the GT Office of Management Services. It was with the Office of Management Services that Chelsey was introduced to the world of web development and decided to pursue it full time after college.

In addition to her campus involvements, Chelsey also had a very strong tie to the community and has always desired to help provide opportunities and mentorship for teenagers. She served as Mentor, Tutor and Head Basketball Coach at the Bellwood Boys and Girls Club for two years before graduating in August 1999. She continues as a mentor for high school students today in many capacities and is determined to do her part to make a difference in the lives of others.

Chelsey was born and raised in College Park, GA, and is married to Curtis McGee, All-ACC & All-American Offensive Lineman in football for Georgia Tech (1992-1996).

Peg Titus-Hall is a certified professional co-active coach, focusing on communications and career transition. With over 20 years experience in training, facilitation, and career development, Peg’s personal mission is to help people realize what is truly possible in their careers and in their lives. In communications, she works with clients to become more self-aware, build confidence, and develop presentation skills to present to groups of all sizes.

Together, Peg and her clients explore and play with a variety of career options, interjecting fun and reflection to develop fulfilling lives. Her non-judgmental techniques allow them to follow their passions, as well as improve their basic communications skills. She also conducts workshops and seminars in verbal and written communications and career transition.

Over the course of her career, Peg has worked in a variety of settings, including large and small corporations, retail stores, law firms, and academics. She taught verbal and written communications, human relations, and career management. She moved to the corporate sector as a training coordinator and ultimately with Ernst & Young as a senior instructional designer where she wrote and developed Web based and classroom training and distance learning.

Peg received her coaching training in 2002 and coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2005, and she is accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach.

Peg has spoken to audiences large and small in and around Atlanta and out of state on such topics as coaching, effective communications, career development, personal growth, and listening skills. She also hosts The Career Coach, an on-line radio program focusing on career transition and helping clients learn the right tools for the right jobs. Broadcasts of "The Career Coach" are available 24/7.

Saturday Lunch Speaker: "Lady Leadership! The Path To Leadership Excellence For Today's Young Woman"

Jennifer Keitt reaches over 1,000,000 women weekly with one simple truth: There is hope... you can be victorious over life every day. Women globally are empowered and inspired by her ability to encourage them to live confident, powerful lives. Author of the book, The Power Of Being A Real Woman, she has earned honors for her contributions to the lives of today's women as the creator and host of the Today's Black Woman Radio Show.

After graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as a broadcast journalism major, Jennifer turned her love for reporting into a radio show that truly has made a difference in the lives of women across the country. The Toda's Black Woman Radio Show debuted in December of 1991 in Chicago, and motivates women daily on a myriad of relevant topics including, but not limited to motherhood, relationships, financial success, self-esteem building and health and beauty tips. The show airs on stations all over the country, including XM Satellite radio.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jennifer, and her husband Tony founded TJ Communications, a media consulting and production company which produces her Today's Black Woman Radio Show, manages the Today's Black Woman Radio Show Website and consults radio stations across the country. Her e-newsletter inspires thousands of subscribers in countries all over the world, including Europe, Africa and the Caribbean promoting her mission to help women overcome the five mountains in their lives: financial struggle and lack; physical health challenges; spiritual emptiness; relationship chaos and emotional turmoil and volatility.

While media is Jennifer's passion, she is currently realizing her dream to establish a' life-institute' for women. The TBW Leadership, Marriage and Family Institute (TBWL.M.F.I.) is designed exclusively for today's women, allowing them to participate in safe, motivating, life-changing classes, workshops, conferences, and retreats. Jennifer's desire to see women empowered to live victorious lives is evident in the excellent standard she commands of herself and others. Currently, she lives with her husband and their four children in Atlanta.
